I have stopped writing in my Training as I am now back in full swing.
Next week will mark the first few days outside for the season.

This year I will be focusing hard on getting back to previous form. I believe that the training I did through out 2010 was not intensive enough. I also did a few full contact fights which removed focus on what I set out to do. Canada showed me that I am still very capable and just need to put some goals in place.
